The guided process lets you print a structured count sheet or use the ClinicSoftware mobile app to enter physical counts as you go. The system immediately calculates variances, highlights discrepancies, and prompts you to log a reason for each one before approving the adjustments. After approval, stock levels update and a reorder recommendation list is generated for any items that are now below threshold.
